This chart describes the relationship between piano keys and musical keys in theory. When I designed this, I was beginning to learn music theory, and struggled to keep all the various charts and scales and chords in mind. This is still a work-in-progress, and being a musical amateur, any and all feedback about the design or its accuracy is very welcomed.
